Green Pirate owner Deborah C. Smith is a certified Holistic Health Coach and Desire Map Facilitator with a 12-year practice and a proven track record of helping clients overcome challenges and create a unique plan for their nutrition and lifestyle needs.

Deborah offers private one-on-one coaching sessions as well as group workshops.

ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS

You are ready to begin and want expert support in crafting your plan. This program is for you. During these one-on-one coaching calls you will co-create your Action Plan, establish Accountability, update or learn all Tools necessary to set you on your vibrant path. You will determine Next Steps and additional support will be provided through follow up emails and a private online community of like-minded game-changers.

Once registered, you will fill out a brief Health History and define your priorities. During the call, your coach will provide you with a custom plan for menu-planning, recipes, shopping lists, nutrition guide, exercise, self-care, and follow through check lists so you don’t lose track of your goals.

WELLNESS WARRIOR PACKAGE / 5 sessions 45 mins

With this Coaching package, you will work one-on-one with Deborah over a series of 5 (45 minute) sessions to combine proven health education tools, menu planning and exercise and design an overall wellness program that will keep energized, alive and on track to achieve your dreams.

Each session will build upon the last and help to structure your daily, weekly & monthly routines to make small, manageable changes that have a big impact on how you feel and function in the world. Sessions are scheduled weekly for 5 weeks with email support between meetings. Each session lasts 45 minutes and will be conducted via Skype, FaceTime or standard call.   This program is about setting up a solid foundation for your optimal health! IT REQUIRES WORK! You will be asked to show up FULLY for every call to get the results you are seeking.

GROUP WORKSHOPS

Our standard workshop length is 45 minutes with an additional 15 minutes for sampling. (60 minutes total) Workshop materials provided to all attendees. Pricing for each program is based on number of participants, menu options and sample size.
